Seems odd of Paladin only armor being completely black
Not all paladins roleplay as "Good"
Its probably not that big of a deal since most people dye their armor anyway.

I dyed my chest black hehe, guild colors
It is not black.
Although, 0, 0, 0 should be black and the icon on the dye screen shows black... it is acutally white/grey/silver whatever you want to call it.
For some reason EQ wont let you got jet black, the best you can get is 25,25,25 .. even if you set it to 0,0,0 it goes to 25,25,25.
So, when you see a tint of 0,0,0 in everquest it means 240,240,240.
And to reset an armor to it original color, set them all at 255,255,255.
