AC is everything to some classes. Try upgrading it and to all the hp whores out there, how long are those 2k more hp you might have gonna save you from a mob that hits for over 1k -4k ?? AC>HP learn it!
Chances are anyone in a group who can kill this mob will not need this belt as an upgrade. This is junk for the level requirements, and level of the mob that drops it. Also, I wish they would stop making gear that crosses archetypes. It really screws WAR/PAL/SK who need better AC which is hard to get on this crap. It would be nice if each item that is all/all had different stat sets for different archetypes.
The only thing disproportionate on this belts stats is the haste mod of 35%. It should be base 40. The rest of the items "itemization" fits perfectly in line with gear of its difficulty.
What a piece of absolute garbage for having required 70, recommended 75. This wouldn't be horrible for required 65, recommended 70, though. Casual players can knock out DoDH missions and get comparable gear. Whichever dev assigned the stats for this belt must have been thinking of casters or something. No melee class of the rec/req level would jump at AC 21 and 35% haste. Oh well, just like in DoDH, I sense mass item adjustments on the horizon.
