pretty sure this no longer drops and was replaced with the 1hb version with same stats - Sprinkler of Suffering. didn't see this one as an entry on Nexona's loot table on P99 either, but the Sprinkler is there.

we had a few Sprinkler of Suffering drop from Nexona, but zero Atrebe's. I asked around other guilds too, I'll bet a krono this 2hb version is no longer in the game.
