This stuff doesnt drop off the shamen, It seems to only drop off the Raging Highland Kobolds, I'm not sure about the regular Highland Kobolds as I've only killed the occasional wanderer.
It makes sense that this doesnt drop off shamen though, since they arent a class listed as being able to wear this, and this is plate, not chain like the bamboo stuff is supposed to be.

well, this isn't too bad for us non-twinks. I'd say this would go for around 50pp. Its 1 stone less than a straw spun belt, has less ac, but has the the magic resist. Not too hard to get, so not bad.
If you'd think about it before berating Verant (at least on this issue), you might remember that Iksar cannot wear plate armor because it chafes their scales. That is why they aren't on the list of races who can equip this armor.

The post above is referring to a post that no longer exists (due to being rated as POOR). That post was complaining that IKS can't wear it...and as the above poster says, "THEY CAN'T WEAR PLATE!!!"...if you play one, you'd know that.

If a Human can wear it, an Iks should be able to wear it. Are you trying to say that the Etched Iron series of armor has no hole for the lizard tail or what?
