Hubert the Ochre dropped the Blacksail Eye Patch. Inside fort on top lookout post Left side looking in from dock.

Dropped today off a Sharpeye Recruit on the 19th kill just outside the fort

I got one tonight off a Blacksail Recruit-yellow to a lvl 71. Actually between my group saw 3 drop off recruits-all yellow at 71. Dont bother with the summoning named mobs, just keep pulling recruits. Plenty of them on the northernmost island in the center of map.

I have killed the complete campfire group, Hubert Backstabber Reeking Iggy Slasher Slouchin` William Smythe and pulling Javier the Staggering Drunk, atleast 12 times and not one eypatch has dropped.Mind you i could have made 4 complete outfits excluding the eyepatch. Maybe make this a " rare" drop. common, it is deffinately not!

Amazing... I was getting better loot than this in Blackburrow 8 years ago. And now we have to kill level 75 mobs for this? WTH are the devs thinking?
it's a quest item.. just part of collecting their armor. not meant for to be worn for the stats

i got one of these off of a normal recruit, im sure of it, because i kited all of these, and the names all summoned
Confirmed. I just got on less then a minute ago off of a recruit. Female erudite type, but model would not make a difference.
