note that any offhand weapons (shields or weapons) do not show up in this form.
from TSS beta rewards as mentioned, but its possible to obtain this item through the very infrequent SOE forum challenges that reward illusion items (there were two such challenges in all of 2008, 1 so far in 1009).

Well if i have been informed correctly the Evil eye illusion was also a item given out for the beta. Was there something else given out also? I only ask b/c if you are saying there is at least 3 tiers and i know of only two items that were given out. There might be a 3rd illusion i dont know about.
There was actually more like 5 tiers, but only two illusion items have been given out from Betas so far. Faerie illusion and Evil Eye illusion.
TSS Rewards went something like...
Tier 1 - A healing potion that heals like 12000 HP / Mana / End
Tier 2 - A special title, choose between "the Insightful" and "the Examiner"
Tier 3 - Faerie Illusion clickie
Tier 4 - Some other expendable item
Tier 5 - Another expendable item
So basically after T3 the rewards started to suck. Only problem with Betas was it's graded on a curve so you never know how many beta tokens you need for which rewards.
