Actually, Half elves can use all the Dark Elf cultural stuff. This comes from the chance that they may be half Dark Elf

This is one of 4 Signals that drop here...the Bronze/silver/gold/and Platnum all drop on diff floors the deeper you go the higher the Metal Quality..and the stats go up also..i think they might be tied into a quest or something

If you look at the mobs you are fighting in Befallen now, you will note that what are fighting are ... Dark Elves, Half Elves, Trolls, and Orges. Hmm. Finally loot that make sense somewhat, only those that match the mob that wears it can use it...
I think your mistaken my friend, the 4 races most prone to evil are Dark Elves, Ogres, Trolls and Iksar, then would likely be Gnomes then maybe Erudites, though the erudite connection is kinda sketchy as opposed to other races.
Its because half elves are the "half breed" they have no culture or history of their own, they are more "corruptable" than the other races. Iksar are hated by all, they are far more evil than dark elves can ever hope to be. Gnomes and Humans (including Erudites) can be Necromancers, true, but the race as a whole is more centered and is far more neutral than that of the Half Elves.

Your looking at the 4 races most inclined to be Evil, this also follows suit with racial armor.
I sure hope this is used for a quest. If that this is sad. Took my level 52 to the bottom of befallen, it was not a walk through the park. Unless it drops off the lower level mobs, this must be a joke. Nm this does drop off the low level mobs up top. Edited it in after i read the bronze version posts.
