I have a ten warrior who went in Befallen. when u first wlk in there are 4 doors. which one leads to the 3rd floor?PLZZZZ ANSWER ME, IM DESPERITE.Ps I dont like seing major twinks w/ stuff better than I.Its just not right.
the door to the 3rd floor is the 2nd one on the left. you need to go into the other doors..i believe the 2nd one on the right and kill the SK to get the key to open the door. Next once inside you need to be careful as you go down to the lower level..dont fall. Once you are at the bottom and have killed what you need to kill you should be in a large hall/cavern. to your left is a hallway that goes left and right. Go right. Explore this area until you find the SK. kill the SK and get the keys from him/her. I found the key to the 3rd floor on the male SK. The entrance to the 3rd floor is back the way you came where you took your right turn...take that left hallway. go right and find the stairway down to the door to 3rd floor.
Advice: at level 10 do not attempt any of this on your own..get your guild or a couple groups of people who want to go ABOVE lvl 10.
I'm a level 45 Pally on the Tarew Marr server and i took every level on my own. Then necro that died..well she died probably due to being afk or not having enough mana. They arent really known for being able to melee. I took Befallen with only a bubble of health loss.

Could a 17 ranger and a 17 enchanter walk into befallen and get this blade? If so, how? Would we need to group up, or could we go invis and just go straight to the camp, kill the servant, and grab it? Can't be that easy lol...
Anyway, never been in Befallen before, so some advice would be greatly appreciated.
The short answer is 'no'. This sword drops from 3rd floor mobs. A full level 20 group can live down there pretty well but you won't touch the servants down there at 17. Befallen's mobs will agro you regardless of your level. I started in befallen around 13 and even at 22 I can still get overpowered in the main room if the whole room agros me. It's definately a dungeon for groups.
One thing about this sword that severely limits its value is that it is NO DROP - you can't sell it. It would only be worth about 75-100p anyway. Still, it's a decent sword with decent stats. I keep mine in the bank for corpse runs and it works well.
my level 26 de necro rips up the place solo, ghouls, elf skele, and blue mobs (very few) may aggro, but not much else. Necro apprentices will try to heal any creature you attack though, but they are weak spells so it doent matter much.
1.) Swarms. Everything in Befallen aggos on everyone, regardless of level. Level 35+ characters die routinely on the third floor, buried under waves of aggressive no-XP greenies that have way too many hitpoints.
2.) It's really hard to get 1-on-1 fights down there. maybe your 'chanter friend could help you. Do level 17 'chanters have AOE Mez?
3.) Escape. Getting down to the third floor is easy. Just jump down the well. Getting out is another matter entirely. You need to get through 2 locked doors - assuming here that you don't have the keys. Your 'chanter friend can just Gate out. You could get trapped (and killed) down there pretty easily.
When I went down there (I was looking for Pristine Leather but didn't find any), I was 35 (Ranger). We had a druid (to Evac us out), a cleric, and a bard along as well, similar levels. The cleric died (see Swarms, above). Then I died fighting the last of about a 7 or 8 MoB swarm. The druid and bard lived (luckily). While I was down there, a level 44 Enchantress who was camping the Primordial Ritualist bought the farm as well. We were able to get her a lvl49 Res, she gave me the next Servants Blade that dropped (she would'a given it anyway as it was totally useless to her).
Anyway - be careful. it's dangerous down there... But this is a really nice offhand for you Rangers out there. It's worth a little risk.

i'm a big sissy! to scared to go into befallen. last time i went in at 20 i was (what's the word for being taken control of?) and was running all over for a min helpless, scared the **** outta me! til luckily he ran me into the zone..phew!! it seemed like an eternity. so i swore i wouldn't go back until higher lv, but then i see all these nice drops and i want them ,so what can i do? waaaaaa i want the nice sword waaaaaaa
I go in there with my lvl 39 ranger, and everything aggs him. Everything!! With three or four casters on him, and a couple of pets, they can get me down to a bubble before I get them all killed.
Make sure your protections are as high as you can get them before venturing in there too far. If you get mobbed by more than one caster, you can't interrupt all of them.
dropped on the third floor off a regular Servant of T`Vyl (gotta love having locksmith skill...keys? we done need no steenkin keys!) but still haven't found a Shimmering Ruby Stilleto, oh well guess I'll keep trying. BTW old offhand was a Crystallized Sword 11/29 and the 1 less delay in the offhand seems to be worth the 5dex/sta/hp.
This does have stats whereas the icetooth claws does not. However the minor stats that this gives doesn't outweigh the benefit that icetooth claws have over - weight.
This may be unique to wood elves who start out abismally low in str but at 5 stones for this, the icetooth claws look much better at 2 stones. Of course i could get rid of my singing steele and lambent but somehow I don't think so.
Got one of these while camping the guy that drops the Shimmering Ruby Stilleto. The Servant was the PH and he was holding this. He was up when I came in and was a very easy kill. Ditched the Crystallized Blade to use this; even with only an 85 str, I still hit for mid-high 20s (and often with the off hand). This little gadget also got my dex over 150, happy day.
In about 4 hours of camping only saw one so you just have to be patient on this one drops off some level 20 ish creatures. Servant of t'yval i believe. Didn't loot it cause i am cleric may try and get one for my warrior when he gets higher
Ive killed the Halfelevn servents many many times and have yet to see one of these drop. I wonder if they are a rare drop or if it is, like people are saying a server thing. If anyone on Saryrn server has any info on drop rates or anything else plz let me know. Soulafein Sezoulin 40th Season Warrior Indigo Brotherhood Saryrn
Got this sword the night after the patch, and due to the Primary and Secondary slot advantage have put the Icetooth Claw in the sack. This is really a nice item for Bards to use.
Just like the corrupted fairies and pixies in LFay and GFay, not all servers had it at the same time... some of them got it much later than the rest. My guess is that they'll implement the new Befallen in the course of a few weeks. Watch for any server specific down times... that may be them updating new dungeons and stuff.
Are these items supposed to be on every server or just select ones? Went to Befallen after the patch and tracking shows no sevant or any creatures that would be of higher lvl..Drinal sure doesnt have this updated.
Well, Morinn, if you are at least level 15 or so, being a rogue, you could most definitely get one, but you'd have to be patient. If your Pick Lock skill was good, you might be able to open the first and third locked doors, sneaking and hiding all the way of course to avoid the mobs. Then you could just hang out on the third level and ask around and see if anyone will let you loot one. However, a couple things: it will take a while for one to drop, as in my experience I didn't see one in the two hours I was there, and be polite and courteous. Also, try not to pull any mobs if you do go down there at a low level, as I'm sure none of the high levels appreciate it.
I play for the most part a lvl 39 ranger on Druzzil Ro i do not have the benefit of a full group most of the time i am just partnered with a friend thank god he is a druid so its rather tough to get alot of plat or items i am forced by my Job to play off peak times so not many ppl on to group with so i have to wait until i most mobs are green to get cool items lately the game and all the new REVAMPING is twards large groups of ppl i went to Befallen with my lvl 35 druid friend and almost died in the well how in the world can ppl that can use this stuff at thier lvl actually be able to get it??? wake up Verant there are ppl other than Uber guilds that would like to be able to play the game and get cool items
Hey, relax...use a some punctuation once in a while.
I am glad there are NO DROP items coming out...I'm sick of dr00ds invading new zones to farm all the cool gear that us mid level players could seriously use.
I got lucky with this item...I stormed into a room, and it was camped by an Iksar monk. I settled in beside her and began binding her wounds. At this time, she informed me that there was a sword on the corpse to my left. Some players are pretty cool...but they are getting hard to find.
Plus I think it's one way that Verant is addressing the blatant ubertwinking that's going on in the game. Nothing more depressing than seeing some smart-*** level 2 warrior with weapons better than, say, a level 50 warrior, or armor that makes a few people that go on plane raids on a regular basis sick with envy.
It is kinda depressing. My main is a 53 wiz, and i have a 39 monk twink. My monk has gear better than a lot of 50+ monks ive seen, but Ive seen the same thing with my wiz, seeing a lvl 10 wizard in better gear than i have.
