Result of the quest 'Cull the Goblins' - currently unwritten. It starts from Warden Jakar in CR (second floor in the main building). Simple task that requires you loot 10 'A Stonemight Ear' from the various goblins in the SW corner of the Steppes. After looting 10, you simply return them back to Wardan Jakar.
Upon handing the ears to Jakar:
