In case anyone was confused or wondering by the Casting Time: Instant part, this is not a clicky. It's just a worn effect if you equip the charm.

I just looted this item off of a mob in Hate's Fury. I was doing the Vanders Bane quest and this droped off of a "Fist of Krasnok". I looted on my 60 monk but that stats are wrong. I hit Infusion to be sure, but the monk only shows 2 HP/MANA/END and no ac.It also doesnt show HP regen, but it does have Reclamation. I have a screenshot but don't know how to post corrections.
