Vol. 9 No. 4

~ Gukta Strengthens its
Borders ~

In response to the
increased Dark Elf raids in
the Commonlands, the
Frogloks of Gukta have been
increasing watch on their
borders. More and more
Froglok camps are appearing
in the swamps of Innothule
every day. So far Gukta is
the only city that appears
to have reacted to the
Freeport situation. One
resident of the Commonlands
was very vocal when he was
informed of how the
Frogloks were reacting.

"What!? Strengthening their
borders!? WE are the ones
under attack, not THEM!
The inkies have to get
through us first if they
were to send an army to
Gukta! Why don't they send
their added protection here
instead of in their cozy
little swamp? That way
they can deal with the
threat before those cursed
elves make their move!
Bah, what should I expect
from followers of Marr?
The Temple in Freeport has
done nothing to stop these
raids!"

We also spoke to several
Frogloks stationed in
Innothule.

"Our captain has informed
us of an impending threat
from the Dark Elves. We've
heard a long silenced
darkness has awoken. A
darkness that the leaders
of Gukta have hoped would
remain quelled
indefinitely. Now if you
will excuse me, we have
supplies that need
fetching."

"The Trolls of Neriak are
up to something. When
their leader was slain in
the raid a few moons ago, a
new leader arose to take
his place. We fear the
Trolls have been rallied
and may have the courage to
try and attack Gukta. Even
now you'll find a larger
than ordinary amount of

Troll camps dotting
Nektulos forest. They are
up to something."
