As previously stated it drops in the North Wing off Gaurds. I was very proud to recieve this last night, replaces my Bane Warding. I have seen 1 drop 3 out of 4 times there. Drop rate is Rare.

I like it a lot, the wis and mana are a nice bonus but the ac is wonderful :::wipes drool:::
and having a few saves added onto it just sweetens the deal...hope i can have one someday... :::drifts off into mystic dreamland::::

If i want it and cant have it becuase im too low i should get it without working for it and ruin the game by making everyone under level 40 friggin invincible and leaving nothing to work towards or look forward to! taa haa

Cleric and druids both have a shield similar to this in ToV. Relax man, all this why dosen't my class get this is really getting tired.
