If I have killed 1 I have killed 8,000,000 Sarnaks in LOIO, and never seen one of these drop. Seen several Earing Of Station but not one of these.

I believe this drops off sarnaks because I remember getting some leggings that gave fire resist like these do and it would be logical that they drop off the same thing. I believe it was a lego, but it could have been an adherant that i got the legs off of.
