Kill Stomples and loot Rabbit Foot

Take the Rabbit Foot and give it to Debbis the Fish

Debbis the Fish says, 'Oh wow! A rabbit's foot! Thank you so much. Here take this, I won't need this smelly thing any more.'
Your faction standing with Denizens of Mischief got better.
