Shattered Staff of the Green Witch  

 

This item is part of a Blightfire Moors quest called The Blightfire Witches. The NPC who gives the quest is Zan the Witch Hunter, he roams the path where Ursula the Green Witch roams, the path ending at Denlord Darkmoon.

You say, 'Hail, Zan the Witch Hunter'
Zan the Witch Hunter says, 'Help! Help! [She] turned me into a newt!'
You say, 'She?'

The task window comes up. You must kill Ursula the Green Witch, loot and deliver one Shattered Staff of the Green Witch to Zan. On turnin the quest expands.

Zan the Witch Hunter says, 'Phew! I thought I was going to be a newt forever! Since you got the staff, you must have faired better then I did! I'm no match for these witches. You'll have to take over my quest to rid Blightfire Moors of their dark magic!'
Your task 'The Blightfire Witches' has been updated.

Now you must kill Agatha the Gray Witch, Sinead the Scarlet Witch and Eralynn the Shadow Witch. Each drops a Shattered Staff that must be looted and turned in to Shaytherrin the Exorcist. The Scarlet Witch can be found at the north end of the swamp area and the Gray Witch at the south end of the swamp area, near Lucinda's remains, the lockjaws and treants. The Shadow witch can be found in the Northwest corner of the zone, near the Accursed lookouts.

Shaytherrin the Exorcist is a quest NPC (30+ quests) located at the Outpost. I have not completed the quest so do not have the remaining dialogue. I will update once I have it.
