Can anyone give us a clue to the weapon she is holding and the stats. That has to be one of the most unusual looking weapons in the game.

That is most likely a Velium Warlance of SOME sort. There are different variations dropping at Dragon Necropolis. I think there are some dropping at Sleepers too, haven't been there so I am not sure about that.

DN Velium Warlances are 2hand Piercers and vary with dam/dly beginning with the worst ratio being 30 40, and they have no other stats, for instance mine is 30 36. Go look from the DN equipment page. Also go check the Sleepers equip. page if there drops a Warlance there.

Nicely done showing off her uberness....lol...My question if anyone knows are all the drops different now or does the regular hate/fear armor drop along with this stuff?

the old drops are still there, just in hate they opened up the second floor some more adding new higher level mobs who drop the missing armor for Druids paladins and Rangers that you dont see in PoG. They also drop some new weapons and such as well.
