Doubt any shaman would give up their Anguish gloves for these unles they are just tottaly 'jonesing for that extra leet cold nuke damage and a few hp's. /wink
I could do without the enhancements of these gloves and stick with spirit seared or even Kanleku's, as these are useles for anything but a desperate hp upgrade over the utility of both the forementioned pairs.

dont know what shaman would still use wisilks. not a huge upgrade between ahnaukals and wisilks as far as healing power/mana go, but biggest diference is u can get GoRM from ahnaukals but only GoM from wisilks. Also by this point you should have a better healing focus.

..... I doubt any shaman at this raid lvl still has CoA gloves...
for the healing focus... check the sleeves from the same armor set

Good choice in focus effect...i havent casted an ice nuke since TSS came out. I hope its changed to poison
