Stuffed Perch 1 Salted Perch 1 cup of rice 2 handfulls of chopped hard boiled egg 1 cup of cream 1 pinch of rock salt 1 pinch ground pepper 1 cup dried bread crumbs
| Prepare the perch by boning the fish in a mixing bowl with a filleting knife, and carefully salting it. To get enough meat, you will need to use two crescent perch or one golden perch. Then in an oven open up the perch, and stuff the mixture of eggs, bread crumbs, rice, salt and

| pepper. Cook until the meat flakes easily with a fork.
Herb-Baked Catfish 1 Mountain or Blind Catfish 1 bottle of milk 1 cup of flour (regular or taelosian) 1 pinch of spices 1 measure of butter 1 pinch of ground pepper
| 1 onion 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of garlic spices
In an oven, mix the milk, flour, butter, salt and spices. Pour this mixture over the fish, and bake slowly until the batter is a golden brown.
Trout with Berries

Simply place your trout in the oven and melt the butter over the trout, chop the onion and place it on top with the berries and squeeze the juice from the

Bass with Baked Tomatoes 1 mountain bass 4 tomatoes 2 pinches of spices 2 measures of butter 1 cup of water

| water, in the oven, and slice 4 tomatoes on top. Put the melted butter on top and sprinkle with spices. Cook slowly until the water boils away.
Sizzly Sunfish 1 Splotched Sunfish 2 eggs 1 cup of vegetable oil 1 cup of dried breadcrumbs

Bring the oil up to heat in a non-stick frying pan. While it is heating, mix the eggs, and thoroughly cover the sunfish with the eggs and bread crumbs. Fry it in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
Leavened Bread

| 3 cups of flour 1 cup of water 1 measure of butter 1 cup of sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 bottle of milk 1 packet of yeast
Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast, and then work cold butter into the mixture. Slowly pour in
| the water and milk while stirring, until you have the correct consistency of dough. Place the dough into a bread tin and bake until a sliver comes out dry.
