Actually what you do is get the quest again and repeat it in order to get more of the potions. Can also do with the Seed Pods quest for potion of recovery.

just to let everyone know, this is not an item with unlimited charges, it only has 1. i didnt think it would actually be unlimited but i did the quest just to make sure and it ends with giving a stack of 10 of 1 charge potions
It's not unlimted, but says it re-charge, can anyone confirm?

not rechargable they are singe charged expendable potions, but they arent lore, and they stack
Has anybody tried handing in the quest pieces in multiple times to see if the reward is given more than once? Or any other potion quest?
handing in the quest pieces multiple times? You mean handing in like, 8 quest pieces instead of four? You won't get anything inless you have the quest. You'll get a "I don't need this (Your name here!), you can have it back" Their might be some bugs that let you do that, but don't bet on it.
(P.S. Some NPC's, I sorta wonder why they don't just keep the item they don't need. Since their so busy, and were annoying them, you think they would want pay back, right?)
