You can have the bag at level 65.
After you kill the 10 Bears and get the 4 Meat, where do you go to turn them in and to whom do you turn them in to?
Quest giver is Goreman, Kobold, ahead and on the right from the Wizard Port in, up on a little plateau. Pos 718 pos 1136 neg 57. If KoS, stand behind him and say "get some" to receive the task window. He offers three tasks.
The reward for 'Goreman's Supplies: Bear Meat' is Cave Bear Bag (10 slot, 90% wt reduction, holds Giant size) and requires killing 10 Icefall Cave Bears (adult bears) and also collecting 4 bear meat (cave bear meat). You can hand in the meat, even if KoS, and receive the bag.

There is a level requirement attached to this, not sure what it is, but my 58 cleric couldn't get it.

My alliance on 7th/Lanys was questing for this bag the other night, and we believe the level limit is 70, but that’s not 100% confirmed.
We have confirmed that if you speak with Goreman from behind, it seems to reduce the hostility of his chat and facilitate picking up the quest.

the phrase to get the tasks from Goreman is "Get some"

Talk to Goreman and chose a quest for collecting 4 cave bear meats. They drop by bears by the lake. Fast GOOD quest.
Believe this is a task given out by Goreman, a named Kobold in Icefall, he gives 3 tasks for bear, mammoth and leopard meat, the mammoth one gives this for reward other 2 are drink and food, never finished task but i bleieve u need ot bring him 6 pieces of mammoth meat to finish task for bag.

Random drop from any bear in Icefall, Kill 10, loot 4 pieces of meat, turn in 4 pieces of meat. So you have to have the quest before starting it.
