This should be listed as the Rare drop. I've killed the Raging Bloodgill shaman at least 5 or 6 times, and have always seen the Bloodgill Cap.

Correction: This item is dropped by "A Raging Bloodgill Goblin" ( http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=21702 ) and not the Shaman.

The Shamans and Warriors call for help, which summons the Raging Bloodgill Goblin, and he either drops the Bloodgill Cap (common) or this item (Rare).

I have never seen a Bloodgill Shaman drop anything but Steel weapons and the occassional words.
