Dropped off a necromancer in drelzna's room in najena

Can confirm it dropped in Najena by one of the Necromancers down there, just not sure which one.

I saw 2 drop off 3 necro's in Rathyl room in Najena.
Necromancers do not spawn in Rathyl's room,, one elemental does. And 3 mages in room ajacent. This drops where you use the key you get from Rathyl off of "a necromancer"
