Actually Allah has a reference to it in a post I read yesterday. Its for a SK only weapon that starts in Panieel (sp?). You have to do like 6ish quests which involve being a delivery boy and killing the queen of the kobolds from the Warrens. I know there is someone out there who pretty much posted a thesis on the quests. I think the link to the quest came from a NONE usuable sword that drops in the Hole from one the named.
Figures i look all over every eq page i know of, finally find one listing this item, and no one knows what it is for. O well, if someone finds out, PLZ PLZ PLZ send Neila a tell on Zeb, thanks a bunch.

If no one knows what it does, why do people buy it for 100 pp ?

So, does anyone know what this thing is for ?
I've asked around, and no one has a clue as to what it's for yet. Maybe a quest in Pan?
