As for the no int and no cha, take my armor. I'm so far over cap and I have all but the Keeper stat extensions and even them I'm still above what my cap would be on that. Removing the INT and CHA is neglible at that point.

Okay, i know these Boots are pretty nice, but for an Encanter, does not Cha and Intell stats rule? To call these Boots of Persuasion and have zero Cha increase seems to be just abit outta place. To me, Intell stat should be first, then perhaps Cha; but ofcourse SONY would have it NO other way :/
Oshaa--- These are legs, not boots.
That being said, I agree that the amount of Charisma on the "{*} of Persuasion" gear is extremely light-- the only piece that's been posted as I write this that has any CHA at all is the sleeves, at +10. Robe, Slippers, Breeches, and Wreath are all 0-CHA.
If it weren't for the DoN "Burnished" ability augs, I wouldn't be close to my cap, and would instead need to burn a buffslot for Charisma.
