Prophecy of Rothis BP has BOTH the click AND the brass instrument modifier (23).
the recast time for the clicky is 7 minutes, making it useless in twisting even if you WANTED to.
its pretty much a 1-time click every few fights... which is... well... useless.

i know everyone was hoping for a decent effect for clicky but as i c it they replaced the clicky effect with brass. any bard knows that brass at higher lvls is a big deal for the Haste songs. i think 2.3 brass on a non primary/secondary piece is great for how easy this is to get. The stats r not all that bad either for an easy drop.
Im looking at this effect and wondering why sony thought we couldnt just have this spell memed and twist it in with all the other songs. I dont have it, but looking at it makes me think you would have to interupt your song twisting to use this effect and thereby making it a hinderance to use. Nice stats, stupid effect...

That seriously the best they got for this item? Don't get me wrong I could see how this could be useful while fighting just give it a click. But at the same time clerics get the 900 hp group heal clickie and druids with the 1800 dd click. Don't get my wrong, though. My bard would love to have this brestplate as his upgrade. Just think maybe someone made a mistake here.
