Any updated info on this item? I rolled for this item after seeing the info above with +190 mana/hp and reading the post below about stats being fixed...well when I equiped the item the mana/hp was in the +50 only, so not sure where +190 #'s come from above in the pic, or else things have changed. Not sure what I may be wearing that may be a light source, will have to test things out, but I wanted to save others the hell of performing this mission for the charm without this updated info.

Yes the stats do change, i have this item and when i remove my Coldain 8th shawl the #'s go up.

The stats do not vary.
A friend has a mage with Epic, which he says is largest light source in the game and it never goes off max stats.

It varies on your light source... its somelike like this candle doesnt like to be lit, despises any type at light at all, stats decrease on how much light you carry on you... you get the point I hope :)

Hmm I don't know who's not getting the point.
The point is either the Item is broken or the lore stands for nothing, the stats on this do not vary no matter what amount of light you carry on you.

It appears that this bug has been fixed. I checked the stats on it today and found that it was at 40% strength. Gotta love those stealth changes.
