please specify this. what do you mean with "final task in DoN" ? i completed the progression line as far as i know. i have all 5 keepers aa's, did all the tasks from gimblax to vishimtar etc and i only have 2 potion belt slots available. what else do i have to do?

Korlach Worshippers Belt (formerly tradeable) also opens an extra slot on potion belt. Is there a quest to open this same slot otherwise, in additon to using AA to opend fourth slot?

Bought this belt to unlock the 3rd slot, and while wearing the item it does unlock it.. however, when removed the slot is disabled.. reequiped and the potion I put there was remembered.. its a significant downgrade for me though so /destroy
Is the 3rd potion slot permanet when you first equip it or do you need to keep it on to keep the 3rd slot open? I'd like to have extra slots but the belt is a major downgrade to my current belt and if the extra slot is open only when the belt is equipped I'd probably just sell it and be stuck with only 2 slots.
so.. does anyone know how to open the fourth slot in potion belt ??

Aye, after equipping this I too now have 3 potion belt slots...finally :)

From what I have been told the other two slots on the potion belt open up when you finish final task in DoN and is not a item. Matbee final mob in DoN drops the needed belt to open the slots. Anyone able to confirm or deny this?

This is incorrect. I have fully completed DoN progression and still only have two potion slots.

It does, Im wearing it and have 3 potion slots.
i stand corrected from earlier, it does indeed open up a slot.
