This is much better than BABS. This is a very nice 2 hander. I would love one of these =)

when you use 2hs, you don't go for the fastest, cause then you could just duelwield.
You go for the most damaging. This is better then ToY, though no proc and stats on it. 35/50 is still very very nice for 55-

ratio makes matter too.
if we compare, you 3 times with this one compared to the axe. 35 * 3 = 105
all in theory. Sure the dly bonus helps but not always enough.

you don't want one, its terrible.
this is a very VERY bad weapon which would only shine if you where sporting the finest in haste items - mithril 2 handed sword AND blackened alloy ******* sword are better IMO.
