Given that it's the hive, I highly doubt a 70 druid and 67 warrior can duo it. Hive mobs hit up 1.5k+ on a full anguish geared tank, and unslowed can be fairly mana intensive on heals. I suspect a 67 warrior is just a speedbump to one, let alone the probable mutliples that will be incoming if you pull without an FD class or bard.
does he summon? can he be rooted? where is he (loc plz) can he be solked witha 70 druid and a67 warior?

Had this drop while missing around in Warren of the Conscripts area of The Hive yesterday (I think it was off a Hive slavemaster). The stats seem to been updated slightly since this was posted, it is:
