Took me 7 missions to get mine...
Websweeper, websweeper, chain vest, websweeper, caster regen aug, chain vest, blood fire signet.
Great item for enchanter - it doesn't share a timer with any of our clickies such as tacvi hammer or vish necklace.

Be aware if you are a necro this shares a timer with dagger of death from Tacvi.Near worthless if you have both and a better range item.

Am I going nuts, or is SoE?
Previous expansions have released comparable items with Regen and Mana Regen on them that are far easier to obtain, yet with DoD and a particularly difficult 69 spell mission, they give us this TRASH!
What person in their right mind would drop a Spellsheen Prism for this piece of junk???
I'll admit, you can hang onto this thing and drop it in whenever you feel like tossing out a few free nukes, but other than that, it's a waste of memory for SoE to even put this thing in. Now, if it had MR 2 on it or another type 7 slot, it'd be worth it, but as it is, this thing is just another piece of trash loot IMO.

Well, you've got me baffled. I cannot see a reason in the world, that someone would keep a spellsheen prism over this. Mana regen items are really easy to get, and even my enchanter, who is half geared in bazaar garbage, is well over his mana regen cap.
Besides, if you really need mana regen, toss one of those tradeskilled mana regen +3 augs in this, and you get both the better item, and mana regen.
Just because it's not YOUR preferred item, doesn't mean someone else would not prefer it.
This has more mana and HP, and a clicky TWO SECOND CAST TIME nuke.
That's pretty nice, if a mob starts to run and you have no snarer.

only problem is its a 720 second recast time, thats 12 minutes, not bad for a free nuke but damn
