They best way to do this that I have come across is with one tank, a cleric, a chanter, and 3 rogues. Send one rogue out to loot the chest and the other 2 stay with tank for added dps.
Hello all..
These are the most common drop from the BB MM. The guy to hail is to the right of the docks in BB. You then zone into an instanced E. Freeport as Gunthak type trolls, erudites and gnomes and kill the merchants and guards. Loot the "Plundered loot" x 100 and win the mission.
When running to the quest giver, if you are KOS to Dorfs, make sure you are invis or the guards will be on ya.
In this mission you need one chanter, 2 clerics and 3 tanks. (That is what has worked best for me!)
GL and be safe.

Hello All:
I received these as a result of this mission. Looted "Fitted Chain Boots". When I equipted my level 70 Barbarian Shaman with them, they turned into "Freeport Captain's Chain Boots" with the following information:

DEX: +9 STA: +9 CHA: +9 WIS: +9 INT: +9 HP: +95
MANA: +90 Endurance: +90
