Just to clear up any confusion-
this item is flagged as primary secondary and ranged but it's really only useable in the primary slot. Because there is no 2h weapon useable in the secondary slot or the ranged slot. Althought shooting a bow does use 2 hands, Bows are Aren't catagorized as a 2h Weapon.

So, can this be put into a bow? Or does the 2h Weapons restriction prevent that?
No, it can not be put into a bow.
so it does not have to be embedded in the weapon to augment it? It says only works on 2handed weaps but can be applied to feet, hands, back slot etc..

Some gear in EQ is multi slot.
(eg, Discordant Samples quest gives you a Neck/waist item if finished).
Sony didn't want to limit an items usefulness by setting a certain worn spot, but rather limiting it to the type of gear it can be put on.
(in this case, 2h only.)
Slot specific gear would be under "allowed slots".
So, say you have an item for the charm slot only: It would say: Allowed Slot CHARM.
(eg, Discordant Samples quest gives you a Neck/waist item if finished).
