Look, people don't seem to understand that for a Rogue you want high damage, the delay doesn't matter that much. For main hand you want as much damage as possible, even at the cost of ratio, because backstab is a multiple of the base damage of your weapon and the BS skill. Higher base damage values seem to give exponentially higher BS damage, so you increase your damage output a lot more by wielding a slow, but huge damage weapon in your main hand. Not only that, but you have less agro problems as well, since adding damage very often holds agro for more time than adding a lot of damage infrequently.
The only exception to the above would be for soloing. As you may or may not know, damage bonuses are only added to weapons in the main hand, so a very fast attack with main hand will give you damage bonus many times, therefore quick weapons are better than high damage slow ones (ONLY IF BACKSTAB IS RULED OUT).
For your secondary hand you ALWAYS want a high damage weapon, because you don't get a damage bonus on your off hand, there is no sense in attacking very quickly with your off hand. It will only add agro. You're better off for large hits with long periods in between.
For Warriors, sure you want two very quick weapons so you can hold agro, but this weapon is Rogue only...
