Dragons of Norrath
Is this the same as norrath's keeper's warded tear stone? I heard that you could have both and get both stats (=24 to saves) but I thought to check here first.
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you thought you heard was not what I meant.
No, it's not the same as the other one. You can get both and double the resists.
There are multiple pairs of LORE items sold by the DoN merchant, where one is sold by the Dark Reign merchant for Ebon Crystals and one is sold by the Norrath's Keepers merchant for Radiant Crystals (we typically add "Dark Reign" or "Norrath's Keepers" parenthetically to the name to indicate which one's which). In this case, we have "Warded Tear Stone (Dark Reign)" (in-game ID of 82436) and "Warded Tear Stone (Norrath's Keepers)" (in-game ID of 82037). Since the two versions have different in-game IDs, the LORE restriction doesn't prevent you from buying both versions. However, since they are LORE, you may have at most one "Warded Tear Stone (Dark Reign)" and at most one "Warded Tear Stone (Norrath's Keepers)."
