I think the tradeskill flag needs to be removed. This used to be either an alchemy or research item, but seems the recipe no longer works. If you know what it used to be used in, just out of curiosity, please post the recipe.

Do these drop off in the non-instanced version of the zones?
And are they more common in the instanced zone then reg zone if so.

I got one of these as a regular loot off common mobs in Stillmoon temple. We were just pullin all the mobs in sight in and around Jadewing area. My group looted at least two of these as both my wife and I got one. We were there for about an hour.

I've had this drop of a mob in The "Elusive Kirin" Mission as well ... had it for a while, not sure what mob dropped it
