Planes of PowerIf I did do some of the flaging which earns stats for the figurine, but didn't yet have the wooden figurine for my class, would I still get the stats on the figurine if I pick one up later or if I accidentally destroyed it? Also will I get the stats on the figurine if I left it in the bank or do I need to equip it in the charm slot?

Yes you can get the charm any time before or after flagging.
Yes, the stats take into account the flags you have. Doesn't matter how many you got before you got the charm, they're there.
No you must equip it for the stats. Kinda like all other equipment in the game it must be on your person to do anything.

If i have AC 4 on the charm cant remeber the other stats how many flags do i have then???

As a mage flagged for PoV/PoS, HoH, BoT, CoD, Tactics, and Torment. I recieved 9int,48hp,60mana and 6 to all saves (can remember the exact other stats :P). Not bad at all IMO.
As with all the Intricate Wooden Figurine entries, the stats currently being shown by Allakhazam at the time of this posting (showing 10 to all saves) are those with max stats. Players with access to fewer planes have correspondingly lower bonuses from these charms.
The planes counted for this charm are:
Valor/Storms, Crypt of Decay, Halls of Honor, Bastion of Thunder, Tactics, Torment, Tower of Sol Ro, Air/Earth/Water, Fire, Time.
Note that minor planes (Lair of Terris Thule, Temple of Marr, Ragrax Stronghold of the Twelve) do not count, and events which provide access to multiple planes (such as Valor/Storms and Air/Earth/Water) only count once. Key-quest access to planes (such as the Box of Souls quest for Honor, or the Diaku Raiders quest for Tactics) *do* contribute to this charm's bonus.

Shabura is correct, what matters is you're flagged for access to one of those planes for the charm to work and increase it's power. How you got the zone access flag doesn't matter, the flag is all which matters to the charm.
The reward also includes one AA point per flag though some have reported having all flags but Time and getting just 7 AA instead of 9 AA points.
