Does anyone have a clue what this is for? After spending days camping for nightmare silks I have probably destroyed 100. Someone said it might be used for a defunct GM event. Anyone?
It's used in the second half of the Alternate Flag quest for Hedge/TT quest given by Kelletia. Sadly, this Backflag Quest Guide reports the quest is broken, and I found it to be so for my BST, who has all EAW flags but hedge/TT.
