Book Text:

The savage, enraged, brutal
Troll that most people
accept as the typical Troll
is, indeed, the typical
Troll. Trolls do have
their own traditions and
legends. Signs and
prophecy are very important
to them, and much of their
motivation as a society is
driven by these portents.
Trolls are born of the god
of Fear, Cazic-Thule, and
his influence can be seen
everywhere in their lives.
All of these influences
make symbols and insignia
very important in Troll
society. It is, for
example, very handy to be
able to recognize a
powerful shaman even if you
do not know that shaman
personally. Trolls have

developed simple,
recognizable symbols for
the most important parts of
their society and these
volumes describe those
symbols in great detail.

This volume looks at
prophecies of doom
throughout Troll history.
Trolls have many prophecies
of war, destruction and
horror brought upon them
and brought about by them.
These are always the most
powerful prophecies for
Trolls, and they are the
ones that have had the
greatest impact on their
lives. It is commonly
believed that these
insights into the future
are granted by Cazic-Thule
himself. The author

explores these prophecies
and extracts their basic
symbols.

Among the pages of
discussion about these
symbols is a pattern. This
pattern uses the most
powerful symbols of terror
in Troll history to create
a symbol of power and fear.
You know that you will be
able to reproduce this
pattern many times before
the book becomes worn and
you must replace it.

To create pattern for
tailoring armor templates
based on these patterns you
will need this book, a
large bottle of ink, a roll
of good quality vellum, a
quill and a compacted

backpack to hold the
patterns you will make.
You'll also need a book
binding to do the work.
