Never seem able to find this goblin, anyone know exact location?
One Year later:
Saw him tonight for the first time. He was with the 1st group of Cinder goblins by the big lava pool. (Between upper Negafen entrance and where Greater Lavaspinners hang out).
Considering how often my toons have killed this entire group of goblins, I'd have to say this is a rare spawn. I was very suprised to see a named goblin in the bunch.

Sells for 47pp to vendors, with decent cha. Some other new LS loot sells for up to 97pp to vendors. Where was the good loot when I was a newbie? :( I could make more pp here than in BoT. Sad, LOL... looks like my alts will be supporting my high levels these days.
Killed him once near the big lavapool near entrance to Sol B got the burnt wooden branch from him
