this item does drop!, came off a vampire skirmisher in Iceclad. Still dont know the use, but it does drop and is fairly rare. Only one in over 6hrs of killing. Probably took down 50 or so Skirmisher.

I believe it is a quest of some sort being that I found an 8 slot container "A coffin" as a ground spawn in one of the rooms found in the hidden door behind the crypt. While fighting in the zone I have also come across other no drop body parts Femur,humerus,cracked ribcage...so once I get all the different ones I will let you know what happens when I combine

Got the coffin, left and right humerous, left and right febur, skull, ribcage and tongue. I still have yet to find the final piece, and i've tried a ton of combinations for the combine but nothing.
