I got 10 in just about a minute killing the attendants in Korafax. They are very close to zone-in as well.

I killed hundreds of Girplans in WOS and had no drops. Killed for less than a minute at Korfax and got a feather to drop. Highly recommend going there instead and it's not hard to get to either

I have to agree about Korafax. Hunted in WoS, Harbinger's for hours and nothing. Went to Korafax and had 3 within minutes.

Yup Korafax is the best place to get these.
Very common in Korafax.
Korafax 110%, zone in, girplans are in the first room. I got 6 on my first clear, in and out in 90 seconds.
got ONE off regular geomancer but they are not common anymore, it seems. In Wall of Slaughter

i believe they may have nerfed the drop on these to be super rare now. i was in WoS today farming for HOURS, pulling TRAINS of all the Girplans north of the wall. never saw one drop at all. so either it no longer drops in WoS or its so Rare that this is NOT a Viable option to farm for fletching skill ups.
Update: simmilar drop rates in Harbringer's Spire AND in Riftseekers Sanctum. only place left to try is Korafax, and im not flaged to get in there =(
