i just got one of these its vamped now 13 dmg and its for pally ans shad only now
You don't have the Crystalline Blade then. I just picked one up today and it still has the same stats and use that it had when I had one as a teens-20's character.

actually the 13/31 pal/sk only one is a crystallized blade, drops in Crystal Caverns. and is a nice noob weapons for pally's and Sk's... heck it's prolly a nice midlevel weapon too I guess.

I bought this sword in e'bay tunnel for 40pp, best investment for low levels yet, if you can find it this cheap, i don't really think it's worth much more than 60-70pp though, cuz that kinda money will buy a lot of nice stuff at low level

For having a cool name like "Crystalline Blade", this thing is ugly when equipped. Looks like a short version of a Langsaxe...I have had people ask me why I am using a Broad Sword at level 24.

Can i use this one i prim hand and another weapon in sec hand?

While I'm not sure if you can put it in your secondary melee slot, you CAN put another weapon there (i.e. you are NOT limited to only one weapon by using this). Hope this clears this up for you, mr. anonymous (man you post a lot!).
I can use mine as primary weapon only. However I have talked to people online that use it as secondary.
I can only guess that there are two types of this weapon.

It IS Main hand ONLY, which for a ROG makes it useless.

Then you are thinking of the wrong sword, It is Primary only, and as a ROG. that sucks, Itws useless.
