We need some 2016 verification on this item:

--expected to still be true. What does the item look like when being wielded (need pic submitted). Also, we need a pic of this in the modern item window.

We can assume that it is class restricted, as it would probably have more posts in the thread if other classes could use it. It should be inventory clickable with the new hotbars. Please verify.

What is the required level to use the effect? The similar wizard item from Kedge is usable at level 1 (so fun on FV server).

do you have to be a necro to be able to use the effect on this? would be awsome to be a monk with a necro pet lol

I don't get this. Is there some cool thing a necro could do with a staff that casts his level 34 pet spell for him, vs. doing it the old-fashioned way?

I'm thinking under-39 necros who go to Phinny's area at the bottom of Kedge Keep are very rare. If there IS such a person he/she should be rewarded with something useful! :)

Unless I'm missing something, this is another strange and pointless loot placement.
