If you kill Broon, then he will say something like "my brother Droon will come to get you, and if Papa Proon comes for you, you'll be a stain on his shoe." Right after Broon dies, Droon will probably spawn. Proon is a pretty rare spawn himself. Droon is just a few levels higher than Broon, with a bit more hps, and he drops the rune of the one eye. I've yet to see Proon, but I'm sure he's a bit higher than Droon, with a lot more hps.
Spawned right after killing Broon.

No its not. At least not the bard stuff, it uses the other two.
