Not sure if this is a bug tied to the quest itself, or just something that was tied to my character. Upon doing the turn in I got the appropriate response from Tebarin, but he failed to give me the box. I have petitioned it and will update this post w/ how that turns out. Just wanted to put that warning out there though.
