regarding the people saying how are monks and beastlords weapon masters , do you not see the name before it MURAMITE weapon master's meants it belonged to the muramite with it who was a master of weapons not the monk or beastlord using it.

It does dmg in the 198 range on average on my monk its almost as powerful as the staff of flowing water I Like the graphic but lets be honest its a great drop if you cant afford a SoFW

Are you saying that the picture showns of the short staff/wand is the Master's Staff? That huuman is wearing chain, plus like I said the weapon looks like a staff or wand, in fact I think I've seen that wand elsewhere... so the question is, is the cool graphic you're speaking of rederring to the human in the picture or have you seen it in game?

Well, if "Monk" or "Beastlord" dropped this weapon, you might have an arguement there... but they dont. It is dropped by Pixtt Kerxek Vket...
The better question would be, how is a beastlord a master of weapons?
