I got this bad boy the other night, my guild has cleared yxtta about 30 times id guess and this was the first time id seen it drop, its one of the super rare drops. To be honest i ayed on it for the graphic, it was only a 20 mana upgrade for me, but the graphic is so hot that i couldnt resist

by your own logic it shouldn't have any int on it because it's useable by people who AREN'T int casters...
If you do not have like 500 int by time you are here something is wrong.

With about 40 people they are doable. Were EP flagged and have killed xeg and Fennin
Really its not that hard , we have been doing this since even before OOw and the level 70 cap increase. Im sure it'll be even easier once all my guild gets 70 with more AAs

you can do all primals with 2 Time geared groups, or 1 group can do 2 of the 3 easily in just mostly Time gear

What's DoT shielding? Reduced damage taken over time?
Only the exceptions can be exceptional.
Exactly. With this shield, and no other damage reducing buffs of any sort on, you will take 4% less damage per tick.
Graphic for this shield is quite nice, it's a reverse tear shaped shield with the image of a ghostly face on it, with dark grey/black background.
