My rogue on 7th Hammer picked one up from another rogue desperate for money for 150 pp (his price, not mine). It now resides in my range slot til I finish the epic and have to turn it in.
The most common way to get it is as part of the Ragebringer (rogue epic). The rogue needs to turn this in with the Cazic Quill and the General's Pouch.
The 2nd way to get this is via a quest from Vilnius the Small; a triggered spawn at the bandit camps in W Karana. However, you have to have completed the rogue Burning Rapier Quest to complete Vilnius' quest.

i just got my ragebringer... i pulled some strings and i got it all at level 1!! its super ez to do!!!

Yay, i managed to buy this for 1kpp. guy was so sick of noone wanting to buy it he leapt at the chance. anyhow, rogue is happy for its dragoon dirk replacement in the range slot.

Does anyone know if you can do this before 50th or will Vilinuis only talk to you after 50

any1 have a loc on the spawn or something this creature is by. If ya can help me i'd appreciate it thanks
A loc wont do you much good.
It is a triggeret spawn, and can only be triggered as part of the Ragebringer quest. Not to mmetion that Renux hits REALLY hard. More info under the ragebringer quest.
If you really want this you need to do the side quest, as the dagger is actually neede to finish the ragebringer quest, so anyone actually bothering to trigger Renux, will want the dagger too.
For the side quest you need a mith 2h, a gigantic zweihander, fleshripper and a painbringer, and need to be level 50 to do it.

This drops off the rogue epic mob in Steamfont Mtns, at least that's how I got mine.
Also, it's primary, secondary, AND Range, easily making it worth the 3k price listed.

Anyone know the name of the mob that drops this in Steamfont? And around where he can be found?
The name of the mob is Renux. Lots of other items drop, including some Ravenscale pieces (i.e. Mantle, etc)
The Jagged Diamond Dagger can be obtained throught the quest given by Vilnius the Small, or by killing Renux.
A lovely weapon that I keep in my range slot for the +9 boost to dexterity. It'll stay there until I turn it in, with the other items, for the Ragebringer.

Return to Vilinus the Small all at once a "Fleshripper" (from the "Kobold King" in Sol B), a "Painbringer" (from the "Kobold Champion" in Sol B), a "Mithril Two-Handed Sword" (from the "Froglok King" in Lower Guk - live side), and a "Gigantic Zwiehander" (from "Karg Icebear" in Everfrost Peaks.)
I would like to know if the dagger is no drop though.

Actually it is just a side quest to the ragebringer. The dagger is turned as part of the main quest, but it also drops from a mob along the quest, so the one you get from turning in the swords ends just being spare.
As the screenshot shows it is not NODROP. I recently borrowed one from a friend for a while, and that one definatly was tradeable.

Anyone have any info on where this dagger loads? I'd love to get my hands on one of these, would be a great offhand for me. Someone post it up if you know please.
