is this tradeable?
Sure, you can trade them. It's not no-drop and I always give mine away right before I log off, including any no rent food and water that I still have. I've made many a Monk friend by giving these away, too - they can loot heavy items with them; when traveling I usually offer them to any Monk I see, as long as I can spare the mana, which I usually can. A very useful item.

I love spirit pouches when I'm over my weight allowence my 80 (which I frequently am, I loot everything).
I generally ALWAYS make sure when i log out that I remove everything from the pouches. Unfortunately, when you get too safe, you get cocky. I forgot to check. I lost a stack of HQ cat pelts, and MQ cat pelts. Some nice armour I was trying to sell, and a few other things.

Spirit pouch is also good for storing summoned thing such as summoned food and water. That way you wont lose anything really valuble.

A patch made sure that, if you go LD, your NO RENT stuff don't disapear if you log back quickly enough.
The risk of going LD was the one reason for not using the Spirit Pouch. Now it's a great item if you want to transport heavy weaponry or to store fine steels.
