I was with a group that was just killing mobs at the zone-in when this dropped from one of the trash mobs we killed.

It seems any trash mob in the zone can drop them.

Got mine off a trash mob while doing the AC mobs deep inside. Pretty amazing stuff that is dropping off trash mobs rare, doesnt seem like that rare either, a good week in ferubi and u should see one.

In the early hours of the morning of February 12 about 3 AM, after experiencing for about 2 hours in this zone we got one of these to drop on Tallon Zek. I am very happy with it as i rolled a 90 on the item, the item dropped off of A Unuk Bloodpriest i believe was the name, didnt seem like it was a name... the whole group was astounded by its dropping... i was glad to be the lucky winner of this fine item and im sure there will be more to come.
